Potential Areas of Interest

We encourage you to apply if your expertise aligns with one or more of the following:

• Battery Systems & Testing: Experience with lithium-ion battery packs, cell balancing, safety protocols, testing environments, or battery simulation and modeling.

• Embedded Systems & Electronics: Skills in microcontroller programming (e.g., C/C++), communication protocols (CAN, SPI, UART, GATT), PCB design, or firmware development.

• Mechanical Engineering: Proficiency in CAD, structural design, thermal management, prototyping, or manufacturing drawings.

• Industrialization & Manufacturing: Background in production ramp-up, process design, supplier interface, quality control, and design for manufacturability (DFM).

• Sales & Business Development: A passion for customer engagement, technical sales, or building partnerships in the marine, OEM, or electrification sectors.

• Service Engineering & Field Support: Hands-on experience with system installation, diagnostics, customer support, remote troubleshooting, and maintenance in industrial or marine environments.

• System Integration: Knowledge of how complex hardware/software systems interact, including motor control, power electronics, and safety-critical systems.
